Return Policy March 22, 2013 Reviewer: William Buck from Ocean City, MD 21842   Mistakingly I ordered the wrong battery for my UPS unit, I contacted Batterysharks via their online chat and I spoke with Lora. She was very helpful and 5 minutes after we finished our conversation I had an email with the RMA form and a detailed explanation of the process in my inbox.
