Do I have to pay sales tax?
	All orders shipped to the State of NY are subject to sales tax. If you are tax exempt, please contact customer service prior to placing an order.
I have a question about my charges.
	Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance. If you have an order with us, which was placed over the phone and you need a receipt please contact customer service at (800) 657-1303.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
	Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.
When would I receive my refund?
	Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after your return is received. It may take 24 to 48 hours for the transaction to appear on your bank statement.
When will my credit card be charged?
	Your credit card is charged upon placing the order and it may take 24 hours for the transaction to appear on your debit/credit card statement.
